On Tuesday, Twin Cities own W.O.M.F.G. pours out a banger in “15 Shots American Dream.”

Born in Kansas City and later moving to the Twin Cities, W.O.M.F.G. has made his passions lead to success in playing basketball and landing him a place at Hamline University. Yet these dreams were dashed after an being sidelined for grades his sophomore season, leading to serious self doubt and reflection. It was at this point where he developed the stately acronym from his personal mantra “Work On My Fucking Game” and began to focus on bettering himself. After teaming up with his friend/mentor Troy Bell, W.O.M.F.G. began to explore his love for music and began to write and record with an unrelenting fervor. Now almost four years since his devastating injury, he has found new purpose in the studio of Atlanta’s Track Society as he finishes up the final touches on Power & Passion, set to release early in the spring, and embodying a brand for all those willing to work for their dreams.
